Playing with light and lines with lovely Chloe

Last week, as I was commenting some wedding pictures a friend of mine told me she could feel my vegetal inspirations even with a wedding reportage. I admit it, I love nature, creating texture with any piece of vegetation I can find.

Sometimes I also find inspiration in some beautiful architecture, the lines of a building, the texture of the stone, the symmetry or the symbolism behind some walls or stairs.

My heart beat faster when the sun comes out and gives me some great depth in a picture. I play hide and seek with the sun rays, I play with light putting it by turn in front of my subject, on the side or right behind…

Here is the result of a portrait session I shot down-town Brussels around the opera house La Monnaie and the old Bank of Belgium.

Jeux de lumières et de lignes avec la ravissante Chloe

La semaine dernière, alors que je commentais quelques photos de mariage, une de mes amies m'a dit qu'elle pouvait sentir mes inspirations végétales même avec un reportage de mariage. Je l'admets, j'aime la nature, jouer avec la texture du moindre morceau de végétation que je peux trouver.
Parfois, je trouve aussi de l'inspiration dans une belle architecture, les lignes d'un bâtiment, la texture de la pierre, la symétrie ou le symbolisme derrière des murs ou des escaliers.
Mon cœur bat plus vite quand le soleil se lève et me donne une grande profondeur dans une image. Je joue à cache-cache avec les rayons du soleil, je joue avec la lumière en la mettant tour à tour devant mon sujet, sur le côté ou juste derrière ...
Voici le résultat d'une séance de portrait dans le centre-ville de Bruxelles autour de l'opéra La Monnaie et de l'ancienne Banque de Belgique.
